Collective urban Housing in Granollers by ADD Architecture

City of Granollers has settled and developed along the river Congost. For this reason the city has two different types of streets, on the one hand there is a kind of street that runs parallel to the river, that is a longitudinal structuring the city and the other are the cross streets, which have more to do with landscape.

This building is situated in one of the side streets of the city, taking advantage of cross-sectional views of the landscape which frames the city.

The project proposes a simple distribution. An area spaces principal organizes and delivers the cluttered look of the facade creating spatial differences in between.
