Great and Wonderful Cap Gemini Campus by Cie

The new offices of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young were built in the new district office Papendorp whose masterplan designed by OMA, located east of the city of Utrecht in the Netherlands. Was designed as a large central plaza, a central hall that articulates the connection between five separate buildings. Space limits the access by a huge hollow which rises from the ground through several columns. A wavy green park is located at the top in order to integrate this space with the immediate environment.

This new landscape also covers the spaces for parking. Some courts in this landscape allows the entry of light and views of the interior spaces.

The main building is the highest and central campus. It is composed of a base of restaurants and two office towers above. Special areas of this tower are accentuated through large glass surfaces. From the top floor of the restaurant can get a panoramic view of the environment.

The conference center has a special position within the complex, consisting of a large foyer, auditorium, nine conference halls, meeting rooms and offices.

The three office buildings in this complex, the Northern, Middle and South must slightly sculptural appearance due to different depths reaching office space located on the inside.

An outstanding feature was to incorporate a flexible design of interior spaces, so that in the future and face alterations, this building does not need major changes.
