House of Great Historical Value in London

The house now show you is in London, is a significant building both for his age for its architecture . The house seems to be the only survivor of a residential complex built in 1583. This villa is located in an area known as Piazza Launders Green, who in a survey of 1616 contained eleven houses with a courtyard in the middle, but these houses that is the only structure that survived are still in pre – Elizabethan style . During the Elizabethan period eleven houses have been demolished and this should be too but then was saved , protected and partially restored by John Seely and Paul Paget who used it both as a private residence as a study of architecture. In 1979 The property was then sold and converted into a complex of offices which puts them rather neglected , was subsequently purchased in 1995 by the current owners who have repaired and restored where necessary. This historic house, which has also received several awards, is now on sale for 5.95 million pounds.
