House on an island in the Netherlands

House Sodae in the Netherlands from VMX Architects. It is hard to believe what is connected with such an unusual form of a house built on an island not far from Amsterdam, but the living room, located on the second floor (and dining kitchen) and a panoramic view of it attached to the captain’s cabin on a ship or airplane cabin.

Bedrooms in the house located on the first floor and basement given over to the fitness room and home theater. The project nominated for Gouden AAP 2010 (Amsterdam.Architecture.Prize.)
