Living in Santa Ana – The New and Modern City

Santa Ana has undergone a major transformation over the last five years. I think it was only yesterday when I took the road that connects San Jose to Santa Ana, and then to head to Bethlehem, and only took me a few minutes. Now I dare not try this route during rush hour, when many mothers are just out of their condos in Santa Ana to take their children to school and several employees of the major international companies are taking route to go to their places of Working. The construction of Parque Empresarial Forum I, settled several companies such as Chiquita Brands, Hewlett Packard, Citi Business Services, Procter & Gamble and Western Union and more than 15 new buildings that comprise Forum II Business Park, Santa Ana has seen large growth. The old part of Santa Ana still retains the picturesque and traditional village of Costa Rica, but yet the new town is more like a suburb of luxury that can be found in Europe or the U.S. However, you’ll be pleased to know that despite the fact that Santa Ana is a continuous growth, it is still one of the best managed municipalities in the country. There are plenty of supermarkets located in this area, including the new More for Less, Automercado, shopping centers, the new Forum Business Park II, the new Wendy’s, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, McDonalds and the new building Citi Business Services. That said, I do not think that Santa Ana is only new buildings, because it is not, you would be just a few seconds of the green hills surrounding Santa Ana, only a few minutes from the new road being built (no just kidding) and take them to the Pacific coast.
