The office suv12arquitectos recently sent us some material for their proposal for the architectural competition Sunat New Headquarters, a controversial public tender for the month of June for the construction of the new headquarters of the Quartermaster Super SUNAT National Tax Administration, which sees Customs and tax issue within Peru.

The proposal received the second place. The building is equivalent to a ministry to 4,500 people and a service program that includes an auditorium, library, sports hall and offices among others. Details of the proposal after the jump.

This volume stands on the back of the lot, has a hall of various heights, which is an extension of the vacuum created by the tension of the two horizontal volumes. The idea of ​​this volume is to highlight in the set giving senior, thinking that their top floors will be senior management. This area poses a vertical expansion in the future. As part of the recreation program and service, it was decided to drop a few areas in the rear of the field, in order to generate two parks communicated through the cafeteria.
