Road House

Basic, square in plan amount is based on the lower part of the natural relief of the elevation (in fact, part of the road passing nearby), and more hovering over a green lawn, violating the laws of gravity.

The house has two floors. First, most of them located in the ground (where available parking, bathroom, utility and utility rooms), both visually and functionally combined with a retaining wall and decorated just like it – gruboobrabotannymi large stone blocks. And, as opposed to deliberate primitiveness economic zone – a glass-crystal room, which is a continuation of manicured lawns and an open natural environment on three sides. It is, incidentally, is the brightest room in the house, despite the fact that virtually in the shadow of the main volume of the second floor.

Second floor – bedroom and living areas – represents a single volume of concrete with a few breaks and placed in the windows of their depth. In much the same parts of all four facades of windows and other openings there. Their absence is due to challenge posed by the customer – to achieve maximum privacy and seclusion, with the result that this part of the house, as it were “curled up” and turned inward. The absence of window openings offset by the many lanterns in the roof, and a small outdoor patio, located in the middle of the “private” area.

The house is made of reinforced concrete, which is not concealed decor and actively played up both the facade (light, translucent color, by analogy with the solution in House_Uc)And in the interior (large areas of open-painted concrete). Hovering over the lawn of the house is actually based on a strong metal frame.
