Town house in Brazil by Marcio Kogan

Another town house in São Paulo Marcio Kogan. And yet another masterpiece. As in many other projects, Marcio use the maximum palette of materials – concrete, stone, ceramics, glass, wood, – a harmonious distributing them to his usual clear and simple volume plans.

And, of course, full use of all land area in the overall composition – the notion of “interior” and expanding geometrically and functionally involved in working together, each square meter and the yard and house.
