Town house in Holland

This small two-story house built at the corner of a typical Dutch urban areas. Despite the lack of available land in the area, the house has a patio and garden.

The first floor housed a garage, studio and library, on the second – a kitchen, living room and bedroom. All rooms with shared features are a window into the street, the bedroom is a glass wall opens to the patio.

The whole roof is occupied by the garden. At the same rules in this area not only maximum limit but minimum height of the building. To comply with the conditions of decorative facade of wooden bars was extended to the desired height, creating an additional need privacy in the garden on the roof.
