Villa Son Vida (Casa Son Vida) in Spain from tec Architecture & Palma de Mallorca. This luxurious ultra modern villa in Palma de Mallorca – the first of the planned company Cosmopolitan Estates six exclusive villas designed to perform architectural and design revolution on the island.

Most of the property on the island is a traditional Mediterranean architecture. This project, made by Swiss architects of the tec Architecture, designed for young, progressive and dynamic customers, attracted by the more daring, and alternative solutions.

The project interprets luxury in the architecture by creating a completely new structure, which unexpectedly pulled out of the walls of the traditions of the Mediterranean, breaking established habits unusual shape, comparable to the futuristic ship, suddenly found themselves in this place and creating a new lifestyle.

The interiors, designed by Palma de Mallorca, emphasize and reinforce the overall architectural design.
