VolgaDacha House in Russia


The house is located in a Russian village on the upper reaches of the Volga. From the window you can see the church 17 th century and partly river. A family with two children, was looking for a place for a quiet retreat from the boiling of life in Moscow. After all, life at home, where ever you are, becomes a cluttered, so the idea VolgaDacha in a clean, minimalist space, a peculiar place for asceticism. The house has a living room and open kitchen on the first floor. Also, several beds (space for mattresses) in the attic part. The plot is located on a former pasture, overgrown with high weeds. Part of the grass deliberately left behind to create a natural wild landscape. Terraces around the house are covered with Siberian pine. Great place for outdoor recreation. When owners are leaving all doors and windows at home closed doors with a cover of black painted boards (same as on the casing of the entire house).
