Wooden house in Colorado
This house is a New York architectural firm, “Peter Gluck and Partners” boldly situated across a narrow deep valley, the area bounded by the river on one side and the other way.
Simple and powerful forms attached to a wooden block. Or a floating ark. Despite its power, the house is partially submerged in the ground, as if fixing it in the landscape.
In the house, but the full range of public rooms on the first floor there are 5 bedrooms and a detached guest house. An external staircase on the north side leads to the roof-terrace with panoramic views across the valley.
